FAQ Robby stroller rocker
1. How does Robby work best on my cart?
Make sure the stroller rocker is fully charged and placed horizontally on the stroller handle. Set the handle to the highest/longest position. The greater the distance from the wheelbase, the more effective the rocking will be. Adjust the handle to the highest position and test which of the five different rocking frequencies suits your stroller best. NOTE: If the shopping basket is heavily loaded, it may affect the rocking. For best effect, avoid too much weight in the shopping basket.
2. How does the crying sensor work?
When the cry sensor detects a certain sound level, usually crying, the rocking is activated for 10 minutes. The function of the cry sensor remains active for a continuous period of 3 hours.
3. What is the optimal rocking frequency for my stroller?
Each stroller has its optimal rocking frequency, which depends on the stroller and the weight to be rocked. Therefore, test which of the five frequencies works best for your stroller.
4. Can I use the Robby stroller rocker in the rain?
The product is tested according to IPX1 classification (resistance to light rain). We recommend avoiding prolonged or heavy precipitation.
5. Can I attach the stroller rocker anywhere on the stroller?
The product should always be placed horizontally, and the optimal placement is on the handle of the stroller. The greater the distance from the wheelbase, the more effective the rocking will be. For safety reasons, make sure that the stroller rocker is always out of reach of your child.
6. How long can I use the Robby stroller rocker?
Robby the stroller rocker is programmed to automatically turn off after 40 minutes. If you want to extend the time, you can activate the cry sensor. If your child wakes up and cries, the cry sensor will automatically start the rocker again for an additional 10 minutes to rock the child back to sleep.
Note: This product is designed to help your child sleep and should not be used as a substitute for a caregiver, and it should not be used continuously for an extended period.
7. Within which temperature range is Robby suitable to use?
Robby is suitable for use in temperatures from 30°C to -10°C. However, please note that colder temperatures will result in reduced battery life. Note: Very high or low temperatures may be unsuitable for your child's well-being, so follow the safety instructions accordingly.
