How to use

• Heat only the heating pad and not the entire soft toy.
• Set the microwave to 500 - 800 W. Start with 30 seconds and then check the temperature by gently feeling the heating pad.
• Then continue heating the pad for 10 seconds at a time until the desired temperature is reached.
• Allow the pillow to cool for 30 seconds before use, then carefully place it inside the stuffed animal and close the opening tightly.
• The outer material may become damp the first few times it is heated.
• For a cooling effect, place the heating pad in a bag in the freezer for at least an hour.

Remember that children's skin is extra sensitive to heat, so avoid prolonged direct contact with the skin to avoid burns.
